Delete account
Delete your Felt Cats: Cozy Escape account and associated game data.
In the app
- Open Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete account and read the confirmation.
- Confirm and sign in again if requested.
This permanently removes your cloud progress, coins, items, drafts, published stages, ranking records, likes, ratings and reports. Both Apple and Google methods belong to the same game account. Deleting the game account does not delete your Apple or Google account. Disconnecting is a different action and keeps cloud data.
Cannot open the app?
Email TAKAYA SUZUKI at feltcats.support@taka-game.com to request deletion. Include your game account ID if known and sign-in method. We will verify ownership before deleting; a request alone does not immediately erase data. We will tell you when deletion has completed.
Never send passwords or verification codes. Details on deleted data and temporary retention are in the Privacy Policy.
